General conditions of sale
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Imaginarium, a self-employed business specializing in slow fashion cottagecore/dark academia clothing for women, sewing service, and fantasy decorations, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase or place an order via this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").

Custom Creations and Alterations: The Client is responsible for providing accurate measurements and necessary information for custom orders. Any errors in the information provided are the Client's responsibility.
4. Custom Orders

Order Placement: Orders can be placed through direct contact with Imaginarium, via email, or in person.

Validation: A custom clothing order is only considered final after receipt of the deposit, signed or written acceptance of the quote, and confirmation from Imaginarium.

Modification or Cancellation: According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
5. Other Product Orders

Order Placement: Orders can be placed via direct contact with Imaginarium or through the online shop (Etsy).

Validation: An order is only considered final after full payment has been received and confirmed by Imaginarium.

Modification or Cancellation: By law, the Client has 14 days after receiving the product to contact Imaginarium to exercise their right of withdrawal. From the date of notification, the Client has an additional 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client. Upon receipt, Imaginarium has 14 days to issue a refund. The product must be returned in perfect condition to qualify for a refund, failing which a deduction or refusal may apply.
6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are listed in euros, including VAT (Value-Added Tax). Delivery charges are extra.

8. Warranties

Legal Warranties: Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Exclusions: Improper use, modifications, or non-compliant maintenance voids warranties.

Imaginarium cannot be held liable for indirect damages, losses, or harm caused by the use of its products.

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of Imaginarium. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
